Disposal of own shares

Pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act, AD Plastik hereby publishes notification of disposal of 7,224 own shares (0.172017% of the share capital) on May 24, 2019, as it follows:

• 3,600 shares based on the Agreements on the transfer of own shares concluded with the President and Members of the Management Board, in accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board adopted at the meeting held on May 23, 2019 as rewards for successful work in 2018.
• 3,624 own shares based on the Agreements on the transfer of own shares concluded with the employees in accordance with the decision of the Management Board adopted at the meeting held on May 21, 2019 as rewards for successful work in 2018.

After this disposal, the total number of own shares of AD Plastik amounts to 63,778, representing 1.518674 percent of the share capital of the Company.
