Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) according to the article 474 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisition of the 1,682 Company's own shares (0.04005% of the share capital of the Company) based on the transactions on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as follows:

• 888 shares on December 6^th, 2018 at an average price HRK 178.13 and

• 794 shares on December 7^th, 2018 at an average price HRK 176.88.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 72,135, which represents 1.71767% of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 73,817 which represents 1.75772% of the share capital of the Company.
