Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company), according to the article 474 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the 3,572 Company's own shares (0.08506% of the share capital of the Company) based on the transactions on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as follows:

• 3,123 shares on November 16^th, 2018 at an average price of 178.73 HRK, and
• 449 shares on November 19th, 2018 at an average price of 179.04 HRK.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 67,703 which represents 1.61214% of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 71.275 which represents 1.69719 % of the share capital of the Company.
