Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company), according to article 430 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the 20.643 Company's own shares (0,49155% of the share capital of the Company) based on the transaction on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as it follows:

• 4.936 shares on February 06th, 2018 at an average price of 181,75 HRK,
• 10.142 shares on February 07th, 2018 at an average price of 188,86 HRK and
• 5.565 shares on February 09th, 2018 at an average price of 186,77 HRK.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 43.872, which represents 1,04467% of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 64.515, which represents 1,53622% of the share capital of the Company.
