INFORMATION ABOUT INCREASE IN EQUITY CAPITAL

OF A DEPENDENT COMPANY

Pursuant to the Decision dated March 13, 2012, AD PLASTIK d.d., Matoševa 8, Solin, as the founder and sole member of ADP d.o.o., on the increase of equity capital of ADP d.o.o. by converting the claims of AD PLASTIK toward ADP d.o.o. on the basis of short-term loans into a share, the Agency for Trade Registers of the Republic of Serbia has entered, on March 16, 2012, the increase of equity capital of the Company for the production and trade ADP d.o.o., Mladenovac, Kralja Petra I 334 (hereinafter: ADP d.o.o.) by converting short-term loans into a share, by the amount of $\epsilon$ 352,000.00 which represents an equivalent value of RSD 36,350,342.00 at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia at the date of its entry in the company.

Thus, the equity capital of ADP d.o.o. was increased from $\epsilon$ 1,252,832.00 (i.e RSD 132,440,879.68) by the amount of € 352,000.00 (i.e. RSD 36,350,342.00) to the amount of € 1,604,832.00 (i.e. RSD 168,791,221.68)

AD Plastik d.d., Solin is the owner of 100% share in the company ADP d.o.o. Mladenovac.
