Announcement of the Supervisory Board and Management Board meetings

Pursuant to the Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, AD Plastik hereby announces that a Supervisory Board meeting will be held on February 27, 2020 at which, among other things, decision will be made on providing the prior consent to the Management Board for making decision on advance dividend payment from the part of the net profit generated in 2019. After the Supervisory Board meeting, a Management Board meeting will be held at which, among other things, decison will be made on advance dividend payment.
