As a response to your inquiry about the existence of inside information regarding the ADPL share price increase, we hereby inform you that as an issuer we are not aware of new circumstances or facts that affect or could affect the price of our share and which do not arise from information previously provided to the Stock Exchange.

In accordance with ESMA's guidelines for disclosing the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business, we hereby inform the investment public that the decision by the President of the Russian Federation was made yesterday on declaring April as non-working month in Russia. According to the aforementioned decision, our Russian factories will not operate during that period.
