As a response to your inquiry about the existence of the inside information regarding the increased volatility in ADPL share trading, we hereby submit a response.

We inform the investment public that we have received information that our customer Automobile Dacia in Romania has temporarily stopped production due to the situation caused by the COVID-19 virus spread.

AD Plastik Group continues to adapt its production capacities in Croatia, Hungary, Serbia and Romania in accordance with the situation, as well as with the information and requests we receive from our customers.

The AD Plastik Group factories in Russia have been operating uninterruptedly and according to the business plan so far.
