Announcement of the Supervisory Board meeting

Pursuant to the Article 129 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, AD Plastik herеby announces the Supervisory Board meeting which will be held on May 23, 2019. At the meeting, among other things, decisions will be made on acceptance of audited non-consolidated and consolidated annual financial statements for 2018, draft decision on dividend payment will be discussed as well as other draft decisions that will be submitted to the General Assembly for adoption.
