Subject: New deals for European and Russian market

Company AD Plastik d.d. has agreed on a new job of absorber production for vehicle Buick for American market that is produced by PSA Group. Start of production is planned in 2021 with an estimated duration of six years. The contracted parts will be produced in Solin using injection moulding technology. A new deal for glass run channel production for vehicle models Citroen Picasso, Peugeot 301 and Citroen C-Elysee has been sealed with PSA Group, start of production of which is expected in 2020, and overall duration of the project is twelve years.

Aside from that, company AD Plastik d.d. has agreed on a new deal for lights housing production with the buyer Hella, start of production of which is planned in 2018 with an estimated duration of three years.

The total expected revenues from aforementioned sealed deals on European market amount to EUR 17.9 million.

AD Plastik Group has also won several nominations on Russian market, therefore new deals for AD Plastik Kaluga in injection moulding and thermoforming technologies have been sealed. A new deal for production of deflectors, sensor and camera brackets has been sealed for Russian Renault vehicle model Capture, whose start of project is planned in 2020 with an estimated duration of three years. Aside from that, a deal for wheel arch liner production for Renault Duster has been sealed, whose start of production is planned in 2021 and estimated project duration is three years. New deals for production of airbaffles and rear door trims for vehicles Volkswagen Polo and Rapid have been sealed with an estimated project duration of seven years. Deal for production of fender protectors for vehicle Volkswagen Tiguan has been sealed, with an estimated project duration of six years. A deal has been sealed for production of wheel arch liners for vehicles Volkswagen Polo and Škoda Rapid with an estimated project duration of seven years. Start of production for all aforementioned vehicles from Volkswagen Group is scheduled for 2019

The total value of new nominations on Russian market amounts to EUR 17.2 million.
