Advance dividend payment

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation and Article 133 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, AD Plastik hereby announces that a decision on advance dividend payment in the amount of HRK 4.00 per share from the part of the net profit generated in 2019 was made today at the Management Board meeting. Shortly before the Management Board meeting, a Supervisory Board meeting was held, which provided its prior consent for making this decision. Advance dividend will be paid to those shareholders that are registered in the depository of Central Depository and Clearing Company d.d. on March 5, 2020 as shareholders of the shares under the ticker symbol ADPL and on that date shareholders settle the claim for advance dividend payment. From March 4, 2020, share will be traded without the right to pay an advance dividend, and the advance dividend will be paid on March 12, 2020.
