At today's meeting Management Board of the company AD Plastik d.d. made a decision on advance dividend payment in the amount of HRK 3.00 per share from the part of net profit realized in 2018. Today, before the meeting of the Management Board, a Supervisory Board meeting was held where the Supervisory Board gave prior consent to the Management Board regarding making abovementioned decison. Advance dividend will be paid to those shareholders that are registered in the depository of Central Depository and Clearing Company d.d. on March 11, 2019 as shareholders under the ticker symbol ADPL and in such a manner shareholders settle the claim for advance dividend payment. Advance dividend will be paid on March 25, 2019.
The Company publishes this notification pursuant to article 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation and article 129 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules.
