Sale of the real estate in Makarska

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation, AD Plastik hereby informs that it concluded a purchase and sale agreement of real estate in Makarska on March 6, 2020. The sale of these nonoperating non-current tangible assets had a positive impact on net profit in 2020 of HRK 11.3 million. Assets from the sale of the real estate amounting to HRK 23.9 million will be used to reduce debt and finance investments in 2020.
