COMMUNICATION on the receipt of the notification of change in the percentage of voting rights

On 2 November 2016, Raiffeisen društvo za upravljanje obveznim i dobrovoljnim mirovinskim fondovima d.d., Zagreb, represented by the Chairman of the Management Board Damir Grbavac and member of the Management Board Srećko Žganec, submitted to AD PLASTIK d.d. as the Issuer the notification of exceeded threshold of 10 % of the voting rights at the General Assembly of the Issuer following the acquisition of common stocks with voting rights and the label ADPL-R-A, ISIN: HRADPLRA0006, with the following contents:
