Subject: Notification of acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person
According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) publishes information on acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person.
On the 2th of September 2015 Mr. Josip Boban, President of the Supervisory Board, has acquired 7.500 (seven and a half thousand) ordinary shares, under the ticker ADPL-R-A, based on the transactions on Zagreb Stock Exchange, the average price of 98,00 HRK per share. The acquired shares represent 0.17859 % of subscribed capital of the Company. After these acquisitions Mr. Boban owns the total number of 57.350 shares of the Company
