Subject: Notification of acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person

According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) publishes information on acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person.

Mr. Marinko Došen, President of the Board of AD Plastik Inc., has acquired the shares of the Company, ticker ADPL-R-A, based on the transactions on Zagreb Stock Exchange:

• -2.114 (two thousand one hundred and fourteen) ordinary shares at the average price of 103,55 HRK. on 15.04.2015
• 6 (six) ordinary shares at the average price of 106,95 HRK on 16.04.2015

Based on these purchases Mr. Došen has acquired in total 2.120 (two thousand one hundred and twenty) ordinary shares. The acquired shares represent 0,05048% of subscribed capital of the Company. After these acquisitions Mr. Došen owns the total number of 2.120 shares of the Company.
