INFORMATION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANNOUNCED BUSINESS VENTURES OF AD PLASTIK D.D. SOLIN

In the information published on November 2, 2011, we have announced the foundation of a company in the town of Mladenovac, Republic of Serbia, where we plan to buy an appropriate property, which would be in the function of that newly founded company.

By this information, we are giving the notification about the implementation of these announced business ventures.

Several days ago, a business enterprise under the name of "ADP" d.o.o. was registered with the seat in the town of Mladenovac, Ulica kralja Petra I 334, Mladenovac, Republic of Serbia, whose founder (the sole owner) is AD Plastik d.d., Solin. The basic (predominant) activity is production of parts and additional equipment for motor vehicles, which corresponds to the basic activity of the founder: production of plastic parts for automobile industry.

Exactly today, a contract on purchase and sale of immovable property was concluded between the company of "M-Profil" d.o.o. from Stara Pazova, as the Vendor, and the newly founded company of "ADP" d.o.o., as the Buyer of this immovable property, which has been used until now by the company of "M-Prointeks" d.o.o. from Mladenovac. This immovable property is located at the above mentioned address in Mladenovac, where the seat of the newly founded company of "ADP" is, and it encompasses buildings with a surface of ca. 13,000 m2, and a piece of land with a total surface of ca. 24,000 m2.

This business venture also includes purchase of machines, equipment and other movable properties, which are being used by the mentioned company of "M-Prointeks", and also the purchase of usufructuary use for copyright work and know-how. These contracts will be concluded by the companies of "M-Prointeks" and ADP" over the coming 10 or so days.

In the middle of January 2012, the start of the business doing for the newly founded company of "ADP" d.o.o. from Mladenovac is expected, and that with the production programs, which have been, until then, implemented by the company of "M-Prointeks", such as: protective and insulation products for civil engineering (bentotex, geotextile, roof insulation), car interior insulation (sides, floors, trunks and shelves), as well as felt inserts for furniture and footwear industry.

From May 2012, this newly founded company shall start with the implementation of a program for the buyer FIAT from Kragujevac, i.e. production of plastic parts for the new vehicle under project name of "LO".
