On 22 March, 2011, the company AD Plastik, d.d. submitted an offer to the Commercial Court in Nanterre, France, for the purpose of purchasing the company Sealynx Automotive Transieres SAS, France, about which HANFA (Croatian Agency for Supervision of Financial Services) and the Zagreb Stock Exchange were informed.
Beside ADP, offers were given by other 4 companies, specifically: MSSL Polymers GmbH, Germany, RUIA GROUP, India, KAUFIL Sealing Technologies SA, Spain, and Boryszew S.A., Poland. The Commercial Court in Nanterre passed the judgment according to which it accepts the offer of the Indian company RUIA GROUP.
