Pursuant to the provisions of the Articles 104 and 139 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform that Mr. Bože Plazibat is an independent member of the Audit Committee of AD Plastik. Thus, we fulfill the requirement according to which at least one member of the Audit Committee should be independent.
