Transactions by persons performing managerial responsibilities

Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, AD Plastik hereby informs about the acquisition of shares by persons performing managerial responsibilities.

President of the Management Board Marinko Došen, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company with ticker symbol ADPL, on September 19, 2022 acquired 7,315 shares at a price of HRK 85.82 per share as award for work in 2021. The acquired shares represent 0.17 percent of the Company's share capital, and after these transactions he owns a total of 28,324 shares.

Member of the Management Board Mladen Peroš, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company with ticker symbol ADPL, on September 19, 2022 acquired 2,410 shares at a price of HRK 85.82 per share as award for work in 2021. The acquired shares represent 0.06 percent of the Company's share capital, and after these transactions he owns a total of 25,613 shares.
