Pursuant to the Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, we hereby inform on acquisition of shares by persons performing managerial responsibilities.

President of the Management Board Marinko Došen, based on the transfer of own shares of the Company, on June 8, 2021 acquired 3,071 shares at a price of HRK 180.16 per share as award for successful work in 2020 which represents 0.07 percent of the Company's share capital. After these transactions he owns a total of 21,009 shares.

Member of the Management Board Mladen Peroš, based on the transfer of own shares of the Company, on June 8, 2021 acquired 1,020 shares at a price of HRK 180.16 per share as award for successful work in 2020 which represents 0.02 percent of the Company's share capital. After these transactions he owns a total of 23,203 shares.
