Transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities

In accordance with the obligations arising out of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse, AD Plastik hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of shares by a manager.

Based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company, President of the Management Board Marinko Došen acquired 1,600 shares at the price of HRK 179.20 per share on May 24, 2019, in the total amount of HRK 286,720.00. The acquired shares represent 0.03810% of the share capital of the company and after these transactions Marinko Došen owns a total of 17,219 shares of AD Plastik.

Based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company, Member of the Management Board Mladen Peroš acquired 1,000 shares at the price of HRK 179.20 per share on May 24, 2019, in the total amount of HRK 179,200.00. The acquired shares represent 0.02381% of the share capital of the company and after these transactions Mladen Peroš owns a total of 20,837 shares of AND Plastik.

Based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company, Member of the Management Board Katija Klepo acquired 1,000 shares at the price of HRK 179.20 per shares on May 24, 2019, in the total amount of HRK 179,200.00. The acquired shares represent 0.02381% of the share capital of the company and after these transactions Katija Klepo owns a total of 66,484 shares of AD Pastik.
