Subject: Notification on disposal of the Company's shares by a manager

In accordance with the obligations arising out of Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes notification on disposal of the Company's shares by a manager:

Mrs Katija Klepo, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has disposed 1,143 (in words: one thousand one hundred forty-three) shares of the Company based on transactions on the Zagreb stock exchange, as follows:

• on September 14, 2018 290 shares in the total amount of 55,700.00 HRK, at an average price of 192.07 HRK per share;

• on September 17, 2018 476 shares in the total amount of 92,065.00 HRK, at an average price of 193.41 HRK per share:

• on September 18, 2018 377 shares in the total amount of 72,384.00 HRK, at an average price of 192.00 HRK per share.

The disposed shares represent 0.02722% of the share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mrs. Katija Klepo owns a total of 66,138 shares of the Company.
