Subject: Notification on acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person

According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the Company's shares by an instructed persons:

On June 29, 2018 Mr. Marinko Došen, President of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., acquired 1.370 shares of the Company at the price of 200.79 HRK per share, in the total amount of 275,082.30 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0.03262% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Došen owns a total of 5,619 shares of the Company.

On June 29, 2018 Mr. Mladen Peroš, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., acquired 708 shares of the Company at the price of 200.79 HRK per share, in the total amount of 142,159.32 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0.01686 % of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Peroš owns a total of 19.837 shares of the Company.

On June 29, 2018 Mrs. Katija Klepo, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., acquired 735 shares of the Company at the price of 200.79 HRK per share, in the total amount of 147,580.65 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0.01750 % of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mrs. Klepo owns a total of 67,281 shares of the Company.

On June 29, 2018 Mrs. Sanja Biočić, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., acquired 842 shares of the Company at the price of 200.79 HRK per share, in the total amount of 169,065.18 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0.02005% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mrs. Biočić owns a total of 1,682 shares of the Company.
