Subject: Notification on acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person

According to liabilities from article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the Company's shares by an instructed person:

On May 21, 2018 Mr. Hrvoje Jurišić, Member of the Supervisory Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., acquired 80 shares of the Company at the price of 189.60 HRK per share, in the total amount of 15,168.00 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0.00190% of the share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Hrvoje Jurišić owns a total of 4,663 shares of the Company.
