Subject: Notification on acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person

According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes an information on acquisiton of the Company's shares by an instructed persons:

On July 20, 2017 Mr. Marinko Došen, President of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 787 shares of the Company at the price of 172,59 HRK per share, in the total amount of 135.828,33 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,018% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Došen owns a total of 4.249 shares of the Company.

On July 20, 2017 Mr. Mladen Peroš, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 534 shares of the Company at the price of 172,59 HRK per share, in the total amount of 92.163,06 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0.012% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Peroš owns a total of 19.129 shares of the Company.

On July 20, 2017 Mrs. Katija Klepo, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 554 shares of the Company at the price of 172,59 HRK per share, in the total amount of 95.614,86 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,013% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mrs. Klepo owns a total of 65.946 shares of the Company.

On July 20, 2017 Mrs. Sanja Biočić, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 563 shares of the Company at the price of 172,59 HRK per share, in the total amount of 97.168,17 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,013% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mrs. Biočić po owns a total of 840 shares of the Company.
