Subject: Notification on acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person

According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes an information on acquisiton of the Company's shares by an instructed person:

On June 28, 2016 Mr. Marinko Došen, President of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 1.342 shares of the Company at the average price of 109,00 HRK per share, in the total amount of 146,278.00 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,031% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Došen owns a total of 3.462 shares of the Company.

On June 28, 2016 Mr. Mladen Peroš, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 295 shares of the Company at the average price of 109,00 HRK per share, in the total amount of 32,155,00 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,007% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Peroš owns a total of 26.390 shares of the Company.

On June 28, 2016 Mr. Hrvoje Jurišić, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 295 shares of the Company at the average price of 109,00 HRK per share, in the total amount of 32.155,00 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,007% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Jurišić owns a total of 4.583 shares of the Company.

On June 28, 2016 Mr. Ivica Tolić, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 295 shares of the Company at the average price of 109,00 HRK per share, in the total amount of 32.155,00 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,007% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Tolić owns a total of 49.474 shares of the Company.

On June 28, 2016 Mr. Denis Fusek, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d. until April 30, 2016, has acquired 295 shares of the Company at the average price of 109,00 HRK per share, in the total amount of 32.155,00 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,007% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mr. Fusek owns a total of 5.873 shares of the Company.

On June 28, 2016 Mrs. Katija Klepo, Member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 295 shares of the Company at the average price of 109,00 HRK per share, in the total amount of 32,155,00 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,007% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mrs. Klepo owns a total of 65.992 shares of the Company.
