Subject: Notification of acquisition of the Company's shares by instructed person

According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) publishes information of acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person.

Mr. Hrvoje Jurišić, Board member of AD Plastik Inc., has acquired the shares of the Company, ticker ADPL-R-A, based on the transactions on Zagreb Stock Exchange:

• On 13.04.2015 the 1.900 (one thousand nine hundred) of ordinary shares at the average price of 95,19 HRK..
• On 15.04.2015 the 560 (five hundred and sixty) of ordinary shares at the average price of 102,59 HRK.

Based on these purchases Mr. Jurišić has acquired 2.460 (two thousand four hundred and sixty) of ordinary shares. The acquired shares represent 0,05858% of subscribed capital of the Company . After these acquisitions Mr. Jurišić owns the total number of 4.288 shares of the Company.
