Subject: Notification of acquisition of the Company's shares by instructed person

According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) publishes information on disposal of the Company's shares by instructed person.

Mister Denis Fusek, Board member for Informatics, Controlling and Business Organization, acquired shares of the Company, ticker ADPL-R-A, based on the transactions on Zagreb Stock Exchange:

• On 09.10.2014 the 500 (five hundred) of ordinary shares at the average price of 128,01 HRK.
• On 10.10.2014 the 750 (seven hundred and fifty) of ordinary shares at the average price of
• 127,56 HRK.
• On 13.10.2014 the 750 (seven hundred and fifty) of ordinary shares at the average price of
• 127,00 HRK.

Based on these purchases Mr. Fusek acquired 2.000 (two thousand) of ordinary shares. The acquired shares represent 0,04762% of subscribed capital of the Company .After this acquisitions Mr. Fusek owns the total number of 5.578 shares of the Company.
