Subject: Notification about disposal of the Company`s shares by instructed person

According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) publishes information on disposal of the Company`s shares by instructed person.

President of the Supervisory board, Mr. Josip Boban on the 26th of September 2014 disposed 20.000 (twenty thousands) shares of the Company, ticker ADPL-R-A, based on the Sales on Zagreb Stock Exchange, at the average price of 132,00 HRK per share. After this disposal, Mr. Boban owns the total number of 49.850 shares of the Company.
