Subject: Notification about acquisition of the Company's shares by the instructed person

AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) publishes information on the acquisition of the Company's shares by the instructed person. Head of Legal affairs and corporate communications mr. Mladen Slovenec on the 3rd of September 2012 acquired 242 (two hundred forty two) shares of the Company, ticker ADPL-R-A, based on the Own Company Shares Transfer Agreement, for a total amount of Kn 25.541,62, i.e. at the average price of Kn 105,54 per share. After this acquisition, mr. Slovenec is owner of the total number of 8.431 shares of the Company.
