INFORMATION on the acquisition of the Company's shares by the Members of the Board

Member of the Board of the Company, Mr. Ivica Tolić, has acquired on December 29 and 30, 2010., 1.725 (one thousand seven hundred and twenty-five) shares of the Company, marked ADPL-R-A by purchasing them through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, in the total value of Kn 200.999.86 i.e. at the average price of Kn 116.52 per share, so that after this transaction he is the owner of the total number of 37.509 shares of the Company, that represents 0,89316% of the share capital of the Company.

Member of the Board of the Company, Mr. Ilija Pokrajac, has acquired on December 28, 2010., 1.248 (one thousand two hundred and forty-eight) shares of the Company, marked ADPL-R-A by purchasing them through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, in the total value of Kn 140.144,58 i.e. at the average price of Kn 112,29 per share, so that after this transaction he is the owner of the total number of 37.961 shares of the Company, that represents 0,9039% of the share capital of the Company.
