INFORMATION on the acquisition of the Company's shares by the instructed person

Member of the Board of the Company, Mr. Nenad Marković, has acquired on December 22, 2010., 1.890 (one thousand eight hundred and ninety) shares of the Company, marked ADPL-R-A by purchasing them through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, in the total value of Kn 213.570,00 i.e. at the average price of Kn 113,00 per share, so that after this transaction he is the owner of the total number of 5.240 shares of the Company.
