INFORMATION on the acquisition of the Company's shares by the instructed person

Assistant Member of the Board for development and sales, Mr. Mladen Peroš, has acquired on December 21, 2010., 630 (six hundred and thirty) shares of the Company, marked ADPL-R-A by purchasing them through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, in the total value of Kn 71.113,50 i.e. at the average price of Kn 112,87 per share, so that after this transaction he is the owner of the total number of 6.015 shares of the Issuer.
