INFORMATION on the acquisition of the Company's shares by the instructed person

Assistant Member of the Board for development and sales, Mr. Mladen Peroš, has acquired on December 17, 2010., 98 (ninety-eight) shares of the Company, marked ADPL-R-A by purchasing them through the Zagreb Stock Exchange, in the total value of Kn 10,407.60 i.e. at the average price of Kn 106.20 per share, so that after this transaction he is the owner of the total number of 5.385 shares of the Issuer.
