Continued cooperation with InterCapital Securities Ltd. as market maker

AD PLASTIK d.d. hereby announces that it has signed Annex No. 4 with the company InterCapital Securities Ltd. to the Market Making Agreement dated April 22, 2013. On the basis of Annex No. 4, InterCapital Securities Ltd. shall continue to provide market making services for shares of AD PLASTIK d.d., classified as ADPL, ISIN: HRADPLRA0006, quoted on the Prime Market of Zagreb Stock Exchange d.d.

The current Market Making Agreement with InterCapital Securities Ltd. expires on May 20, 2019 and by signing Annex No. 4, the agreement has been concluded for an indefinite period.
