We hereby inform you that two new members of the Supervisory Board were elected at the Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders held on March 27, 2026, as follows: Mr. Josip Boban and Mrs. Josipa Štrkalj, for a term of four years. At the same Assembly, Mr. Ivica Tolić was removed from the Supervisory Board and ceased to be a member thereof as of that date.
