Supervisory Board meeting held

At the meeting of the Supervisory Board held on June 30, 2025, the following decisions were adopted:

Ana Luketin, who was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of AD Plastik d.d. as of June 17, 2025, was elected President of the said Supervisory Board.

Katija Klepo was appointed Deputy President of the Management Board for the period from June 30, 2025, to July 21, 2025, and President of the Management Board for the period from July 22, 2025, to July 22, 2027.

In the new composition of the Management Board, in addition to Katija Klepo, Mladen Peroš and Goran Soko will hold the positions of Management Board Members for a two-year term from July 22, 2025, to July 22, 2027.

Josip Divić's term as a member of the Management Board was not renewed, and as of July 21, 2025, he will cease to hold the position of Management Board member.
