Information on Changes in the Supervisory Board
We hereby inform you about changes in the Supervisory Board, made in accordance with the decision of the company AO Holding Avtokomponenty, which, pursuant to the Charter of AD Plastik d.d., has the right to appoint two members to the Supervisory Board.
According to this decision, the membership of Sergey Dmitrievich Bodrunov in the Supervisory Board has ceased, and Katija Klepo has been appointed as the new member, with a term of office lasting four years
