Changes in the Management Board

At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board adopted a decision to appoint two new members of the Management Board for the period until July 21, 2025, which corresponds to the duration of the mandate of the other Management Board members. The new members of the Management Board are Zlatko Bogadi, the now former director of the production site Zagreb who will be in charge of production, logistics and quality, and Josip Divić, the now former finance director who will be in charge of finance, accounting and controlling.

From today onwards, the Management Board of AD Plastik Group consists of four members, including the President of the Management Board, Marinko Došen.
