New term of the President of the Management Board for Marinko Došen
AD Plastik announces that the decision on the appointment of Marinko Došen as President of the Management Board for another five-year term was made at today's meeting by the Supervisory Board, after his current term of office expires.
Based on the successful results and the improvement of the company's business achieved in the past period, the Supervisory Board has made this decision in order to ensure the continuity of the Management Board's work and the achievement of the company's long-term business goals. The appointment of other members of the Management Board will be decided upon before the expiration of the existing term.
Marinko Došen was appointed President of the Management Board of AD Plastik on February 6, 2015 and his current term of office began on July 20, 2016 and runs until July 20, 2020.
