Subject: Changes in the Supervisory Board of the trade company AD PLASTIK d.d.

Trade company AD Plastik d.d., Solin, hereby announces that the members of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Hrvoje Jurišić and Mrs. Zoja Crnečki have resigned from membership in the Supervisory Board and those resignations shall become effective from the closure of first General Assembly meeting of AD Plastik d.d. in 2019, at which new members of the Supervisory Board of AD Plastik d.d. will be elected.

On December 13, 2018 a meeting of the Supervisory Board was held, at which a decision on determining the candidates for the members of the Supervisory Board was made and General Assembly of AD Plastik d.d. will elect candidates, given below:
