SUBJECT: Notification of change in the Management Board of the trading company AD Plastik $d.d.$

As from today, Sanja Biočić is no longer member of the Management Board of the company AD Plastik d.d. She has resigned from the abovementioned position and she will continue her career outside the system of AD Plastik Group. President of the Management Board will continue to perform her former duties.
