Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes notification of change in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company, in the manner that the Works Council of the Company appointed Mr. Robert Kuhta, OIB: 90588216869, from Zagreb, Perjavica 23, a new member and emplovee representative in the Supervisory Board of the Company for a period of 4 (four) years instead of Ms. Dolores Čerina, OIB: 59876627629, from Split, Stanka Vraza 12.
