SUBJECT: Notice regarding changes of Supervisory Board and Management Board members

1. At the meeting held on July 14, 2016 the General Assembly of Shareholders of AD PLASTIK d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) passed the decision on the election of two new members of the Supervisory Board of the Company, as follows:

2. Mr. Ivica Tolić, Law Graduate, from Split, Ruder Boskovica 16, OIB: 36637114938,

3. Mr. Hrvoje Jurišić, Graduate Engineer of Industrial Management, from Split, Ante Katunarica 14, OIB: 14810629029.

Term of office of the elected members of the Supervisory Board starts on July 20, 2016 and lasts for 4 (four) years.

1. Term of office of the current President of the Supervisory Board of AD PLASTIK d.d. Mr. Josip Boban and the Deputy President of the Supervisory Board Mr. Nikola Zovko shall expire on July 19, 2016.

2. At the meeting held on July 14,2016, the Supervisory Board of the Company, among other things, passed a decision on the appointment of the Management Board Members of the Company as follows:

3. Mr. Marinko Došen, OIB: 29710209407, from Selce, Trg palih boraca 29, has been appointed President of the Management Board;

Term of office of the Management Board President and the Management Board members shall last for 4 (four) years as from July 20, 2016.

1. Term of office of the current Members of the Management Board Mr. Ivica Tolić and Mr. Hrvoje Jurišić shall expire on July 19, 2016 and their term of office as Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company shall begin on July 20,2016.
