Subject: Notice regarding changes in Management Board

On 5^th of February 2015 was held a meeting of the Supervisory Board of AD PLASTIK Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8 (hereinafter: the Company), at which among other thing was made a decision on:

1.) Mladen Peroš, OIB: 30175246727, Mravince, 27^th of September No. 6, shall be recalled form the duty of the President of the Board AD PLASTIK Inc., Solin (hereinafter: the Board) at his own request, with effect from 6^th of February 2015.

Mr. Peroš shall continue to perform a function of Board Member for Development and Commercial affairs, until the end of the term of office, that is 19^th July 2016.

2.) Marinko Došen, OIB: 29710209407, from Selce, Trg palih boraca 29 shall be appointed as the President of the Board, and his term of office shall begin on 6th of February 2015 until 19th July 2016.

Mr. Marinko Došen was born in 1963 in Rijeka. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in Rijeka in 1987 and acquired the academic title mag.ing.mech. In 1993 he graduated with a MBA degree at Zagreb Business School - speciality: Petroleum studies. He began his career in Croatian petrochemical industry (DINA, Inc., DIOKI Inc.) as an apprentice in 1988. From 1997 to 2004 he performed several managerial and executive functions, including the position of the President of the Board of DINA, Inc. From 2004 to 2007, as a director of the investment company Coca-Cola Bottling Energy Ltd., he managed the construction of several energy projects in the Republic of Hungary. Besides that, from 2007 to 2010 he held the position of Executive Director and Board Member of the company TRAST Inc., one of the leading logistics companies in the Republic of Croatia. Before he joined AD Plastik in 2012, as the President of the Board of the company MIRNA Inc. Rovinj from 2010 to 2015 he managed the project of operational restructuring of the company.

Until today, Mr. Marinko Došen performed the function of General Manager of ZAO PHR in Russia. He attended several additional seminars and professional trainings at home and abroad.
