Subject: Notice regarding changes in Management Board

On 17th of September 2014 was held a meeting of the Supervisory Board of AD Plastik Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8 (hereinafter: the Company), at which among other thing was made a decision on:

Mr. Drago Previšić from Zagreb, Božidara Kunca 3, OIB: 06009487305, shall be recalled form the duty of the member of the Board AD PLASTIK Inc., at his own request. The term of office of Board member recalled shall terminate on 17th of September 2014.
