Subject: Increasing the number of Management Board members

On the 5^th of February 2014, Supervisory Board meeting of the AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) was held. At this meeting, among other things, Supervisory board decided on:

• 1. Increasing the number of Management Board members from five to six.
• 1. New Management Board member was appointed:
• Mr. Drago Previšić, OIB:06009487305, from Zagreb, Božidara Kunca 3, as Management Board

member for production and logistics

Mandate of the new Management Board member will expire on 19^th of July, 2016.
