Subject: Increasing the number of Management Board members

On the 26^th of September 2013, Supervisory Board meeting of the AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) was held. At this meeting, among other things, Supervisory board decided on:

• 1. Increasing the number of Management Board members from three to five,
• 1. New Management Board members were appointed:
• Mr. Denis Fusek, OIB:33141242756, from Split, Šime Ljubića 7, as Management Board member for business organization, informatics and controlling
• Mr. Hrvoje Jurišić, OIB:14810629029, from Split, Kružićeva 3, as Management Board member for development

The new Management Board members mandate will expire on 19^th of July, 2016.
