INFORMATION ON THE CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

With the decision of the Commercial Court in Split, ref. no. Tt-11/5863-4 dated 27/01/2012 the entry of the new Member of the Supervisory Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: the Company) was realized, namely:

• Nadezhda Anatolyevna Nikitina, PIN (OIB): 40779274399, passport: 71 0886052, Russia, St. Petersburg, Gorohovaya str. 41, apartment 2;

with simultaneous deletion of the former member of the Company's Supervisory Board, namely: Valerija Pavloviča Kiseljeviča, passport: 40 00 No 577578, Russia, St. Petersburg, Varšavska, 48, apartment 12.

Said change was realized on the basis of the decision of the Company's shareholder, more specifically of the open joint stock company "Holding Autokomponente" ("Holding Automotive Components"), INN 7813490925, Russian Federation, St. Petersburg, Boljšaja Monetnaya street 16, dated 18/10/2011.
